摘要
应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了水润滑轴承的振动噪声分析模型,获得了不同条件下橡胶轴承的失稳倾向,重点分析了橡胶材料的摩擦系数、弹性模量、密度和橡胶层厚度对水润滑橡胶轴承振动噪声的影响。研究结果表明摩擦系数越大,失稳倾向绝对值增大,产生摩擦噪声可能性增大;密度较小的橡胶材料失稳倾向的绝对值较小,有利于减小轴承系统的摩擦噪声;而减小橡胶层厚度也有利于减小摩擦噪声,为水润滑橡胶轴承材料选型和结构优化提供了参考和借鉴。
The vibrating noise model of water lubricated bearing is established in ABAQUS finite analysis software,and the tendency to instability in various conditions is gained.In order to analyze the impact on vibration noise of water lubricated rubber bearing,this paper focuses on the analysis of the impact of the rubber material's friction coefficient,elastic modulus,density and the thickness of rubber layer.The greater the friction coefficient,the more absolute instability tend to increase,resulting in the increased possibility of friction noise.Less dense rubber material instability tends to smaller absolute value and tends to reduce the friction noise bearing system.The reduced thickness of rubber also help reduce friction noise.The result provides references for rubber bearing materials selection and its structural optimization.
