摘要
论述了中国黄金尾矿的二次资源价值和可利用性,总结了黄金尾矿综合开发利用的现状、途径,并依据黄金矿山尾矿的特点,对未来发展趋势进行了分析和预测。说明了尾矿资源回收对缓解黄金资源短缺,延长黄金矿山服务年限,将起到重要作用;综合开发利用黄金尾矿,不仅可以减少尾矿对环境的影响和危害,而且还可以获得良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益;提出了减量、再用、循环和复垦是矿山可持续发展,解决尾矿问题的根本出路,有助于推动中国黄金尾矿资源综合开发与利用工作的开展。
The paper discussed the value and availability of the secondary resources of gold tailings, summarized the current situation and approaches of comprehensive utilization, analyzed and predicted the development trend on the basis of the characters of gold tailings resources. The recovery of railings can relieve the shortage of gold resources and prolong the service life of gold mines. The comprehensive utilization of tailings can not only mitigate the influence and harm to the environment, but also obtain good economic, environmental and social benefits. It shows that the process of decrement, reuse, cycle and reclamation is the essential way for sustainable development and effective solution to gold mine tailings disposal, which conduces to the development of comprehensive utilization of gold tailings
