摘要
从工程实践的角度阐述了变频器拖动大转动惯量或重载纺丝机械设备时,启动费力的原因及常见故障。并提出切实有效的解决办法,其中包括V/f控制方式下提升启动转矩的方法和应用矢量控制的方法。
This paper,from the engineering practice point of view,expounded the causes for arduous starting and the common faults when frequency convertor driving the mechanical equipment of high moment of inertia or heavy load.It put forward practical solutions inclusive of the method of boosting starting torque and the method of applying vector control under V/f control mode.
