摘要
实验得出以2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚为显色剂,氯化十六烷基吡啶为表面活性剂,在pH为9.0硼砂缓冲介质中,用双波长K系数分光光度法同时测定水中微量铜和锰的最佳条件。铜以558nm、526nm为波长对,其线性方程为y=0.216 4x+0.871 5;锰以540nm、574nm为波长对,其线性方程为y=0.168 0x+1.049 0。此法用于水中微量铜和锰的测定,取得了满意的结果。
The best condition of simultaneous determination of micro-copper and micro-manganese in water by the dual-wavelength K coefficient spectrophotometry with 5-Br-PADAP as chromogenic regent and CPC as surfactant in a solution of sodium borate at pH = 9.0 were resported. The reference wave- length of copper and manganese were 558 nm/526 nm and 574 nm/540 nm respectively. Correspording to these wavelength,The regression equation of copper and manganeee were y =0. 216 4x +0. 871 5 and y = 0.168 Ox + 1. 049 0. This method has been applied successfully to the determination of copper and manga- nese in water, and very good results are obtained.
