摘要 电化学复合电沉积是将惰性固体颗粒加入到电解液中,以得到金属基复合镀层。由于Cr(Ⅵ)的毒性及对环境的严重危害,三价铬电沉积具有明显的优越特性。综述了从环保的三价铬镀液中电沉积复合镀层的实验研究现状,并对三价铬复合电沉积工艺、镀液和镀层特性及应用进行了讨论,预计三价铬复合电镀有着广阔的应用和发展前景。 In electrochemical composite electrodepositing process, metal matrix composite coatings are ob- tained by deliberately adding inert particles into the electrodepositing bath. Because of the toxicity of hex- avalent chrome and its serious harm to the environment, trivalent chromium electrodeposition has some distinct advantages. In this paper, researches on composite coatings from environmental friendly trivalent chromium bath were reviewed, and the preparation, processes, characteristics and applications of composite coatings from trivalent chromium bath were also discussed. Electrodeposition Cr matrix composite coatings from chromium (III) bath is expected to have a wide application prospect in industry.
