摘要
对某厂使用的径向浓淡旋流燃烧器中心扩锥和浓缩器的材质及磨损失效方式进行了研究 ,在此基础上进行了高温耐热抗磨材料的生产工艺和性能比较试验。试验结果表明 ,研制的新型材料在性能上超过了燃烧器现用材料并且运行良好 ,有一定应用前景。
Based on the analysis of the materials and the wear mechanism of the central baffle and the concentrator of radial bias combustion(RBC)swirl burner used by a power plant,two kinds of heat abrasion resistant materials were tested in producing process and mechanical properties. The comprehensive properties of a new material made by authors are good or better than that of burner used now, and applied foreground is good.
