摘要
分析了大型发电机主绝缘多因子老化产生的原因 ,确定了各单因子老化的试验参数 ,建立了多因子老化的试验模型和试验方法 ,设计了多因子老化试验系统。经真机线棒的老化试验验证 ,随着绝缘的进一步老化 ,其局部放电量、放电次数和放电能量等参数均呈现增长趋势 ,放电脉冲相位产生偏移。结果表明 ,该多因子老化试验系统能满足研究大型发电机主绝缘的老化规律和评估其剩余寿命的要求 。
In this paper, the multi stress aging causes of large generator stator insulation is analyzed, the test parameters of each single stress aging are determined, the test model and experimental methods for acquisition and analysis of insulation failure data when fatigue stresses due to vibration are developed with electrical and thermal stresses, and the multi\|factor aging test system is designed and installed. It has been verified by the multi stress aging test that many parameters, such as partial discharge magnitude, discharge impulse number, discharge energy and so on, tend to increase, and the phase angle at which the maximum number of partial discharge occurs is found to deflect with further aging of insulation. The multi stress aging system provide a basis for study on aging law of large generator insulation, predicting the remaining life of insulation and finding a set of characteristic parameter which can describe the aging condition of insulation.
