对开关断口并联均压电容器与母线电压互感器（ＰＴ）发生的铁磁谐振过电压现象及原理进行分析，提出了防止此类事故发生的一些有效措施。
It analyzes the phenomena and theory of the ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage caused by bus potential transformer and parallel connecting capacitor at breaker's breaking point, and brings up some effective solutions.
