摘要
顶岗实习是现阶段高等院校实践教学环节的重要形式,以河北农业大学机电工程学院两届学生到长城汽车股份有限公司进行顶岗实习的实践为基础,强调了顶岗实习对学生就业观念转变、综合素质提升等方面的重要意义,提出了保证顶岗实习顺利实施的学校、企业、学生自治三位一体的管理模式,明确了3方各自的责任和义务。实践表明,顶岗实习对推动高校大学生素质教育具有重要作用。
The post practice is an important form in college practice teaching presently.Based on the post practice of students of Agricultural University of Hebei in the Great Wall Motor Limited Company,the significances of post practice on the conversion of employment concept and the enhancement of overall quality are discussed,a triune joint management mode by colleges,enterprises and students with respective responsibilities and obligations defined is put forward to ensure that the post practice is carried out smoothly.Such post practice teaching reveals this triune joint management mode plays an important role in promoting college quality education.
