捷制1650t/h锅炉再热汽温偏低的运行对策

摘要 分析了神头第二发电厂锅炉再热汽温度偏低的主要原因,通过燃烧调整试验研究和一系列改进措施的实现,使机组在60%~100%满负荷下再热汽温度提高了10℃~15℃,能够达到原设计值,大大地改善了整套发电机组运行的经济性和安全性。 It analyzes the causes of lower reheating-steam temperature occured in the boiler of Shentou No. 2 Power Plant. Refereing to the problems existed in the installation and operation, we suggested detailed operation resolution to increase reheating temperature. With the result under optimized firing adjustment and serious modification measurements, the temperature has been increased for 10 ℃ ~ 15℃ within 60 %~100 % of the unit full-load. The outlet temperature of reheaters has reached the designed value. The sa fly and the effeciency of the whole set of generating unit has been improved greatly.
