摘要 为进一步探讨甲壳动物感光器官的结构和功能,采用石蜡切片技术对石蟹光感受器组织形态学进行了研究。结果表明:石蟹复眼为半球形,背面有无小眼区;小眼为六边形,感光系统由4~6个远端小网膜细胞和8个近端小网膜细胞构成。这与三疣梭子蟹、中华绒螯蟹、日本沼虾、罗氏沼虾等种类的报道不同,说明它们对视觉依赖程度存在差异。 In order to investigate the structure and function of the light-sensitive organs of crustaceans, The histomorphology of compound eyes in Charybdis japonica was studied by paraffin biopsy technology. The results showed that the eyes of C. japonica were hemispherical with no ommatidia on their back. The ommatidia were hexagon. The sensitization system of an ommatidium was composed of 4 to 6 distal retinular cells and 8 proximal retinular cells. The observation was different from the reports on other kinds of crustaceans, such as Portunus tritubereulatus, Eriocheir sinensis, Macrobrachium-nipponense, Maerobraehium rosenbergii, and so on. It indicated that there were differences in dependence of the species on the visual sense.
