摘要
为满足离散制造业对产品质量日益严格的要求,提出建设针对离散制造业的质量管理系统。首先,对离散制造业质量管理进行了分析研究,通过阐述离散制造业的生产及管理特点,指出其质量管理的业务流程,在总结管理现状和问题之后,得出建设信息化管理系统的必要性;然后,进行离散制造业质量管理系统的设计,在分析系统总体需求的基础上,建立了离散制造业质量管理的业务模型,并对系统功能进行详尽的描述;最后,通过应用成果的分析得出结论:质量管理系统的实施有助于提高离散制造业的经济效益和社会价值。
In order to meet the stricter demand of products quality for discrete manufacturing enterprises, the quality man- agement system for discrete manufacturing enterprises was put forward. First of all, quality management for discrete man- ufacturing enterprises was studied. By stating features of production and management for discrete manufacturing enterpri- ses, the business process of quality management was shown. After summarizing current situations and problems of manage- ment, the necessity of building up informational management system was pointed. After that, the quality management sys- tem for discrete manufacturing enterprises was devised. On the basis of analyzing aggregate demands of the system, the business model of quality management system for discrete manufacturing enterprises was build up, and the systematic functions were described clearly. In the end, the applications give the conclusion that it is helpful to improve economic bene- fit and social value for discrete manufacturing enterprises to implement the quality management system.
