摘要
定标是全自动血凝仪必须实现的功能之一。全自动血凝仪定标是通过测定标准已知浓度血浆的凝血时间或吸光度变化量,来确定与所测项目结果报告单位相关的定标曲线。以常规检测的FIB和D-二聚体为例,采用最小二乘法对数据进行拟合,确定定标曲线方程。FIB定标曲线是直线,对此直接套用公式;D-二聚体定标曲线是三次项曲线,对此先转换为正规方程组,再用列主元高斯消元法求解线性方程组。使用Origin软件对同一数据进行拟合,通过比较,所求的定标曲线方程一致。
Calibration is automatic coagulation analyzer important function.Automatic coagulation analyzer calibration by measuring standards of known concentrations of plasma clotting time or absorbance change,identifying calibration curve about project results of the reporting unit's.Take routine testing of FIB and D-dimer for example,data were fitted by the least squares method to determine the calibration curve equation.FIB calibration curve is a straight line,which directly apply the formula.D-dimer calibration curve is a third order curve,which was first converted to the normal equations,and then take Column principal component Gaussian elimination method for solving linear equations.Using Origin to fit the same data,by comparison,calibration curve equations are same.
