摘要
盐酸溶解碳酸钙并加入适量的表面活性剂。再加入稀硫酸在常温下生成二水合硫酸钙晶须,反应后滤液为盐酸溶液,再次加入碳酸钙后可循环使用。考察反应系统中表面活性剂浓度、Ca2+浓度、硫酸等对晶须形貌的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为Ca2+浓度0.3mol/L,十二烷基磷酸酯钾质量浓度5.0g/L,壬基酚聚环氧乙烯醚质量浓度2.5g/L,硫酸浓度0.28mol/L。晶须长2-200μm,长径比30-100。
Dihydratc calcium sulfate whisker is produced when calcium carbonate is dissolved with hydrochloric acid, then an appropriate amount of surfactant and dilute sulfuric acid are added at room temperature. After the reaction, hydrochloric acid solution as the filtrate can be recycled when calcium carbonate is added again. Effects of surfactant concentration, Ca2+ concentration, and sulfuric acid concentration in the reaction system on whisker morphology are studied. Results show that optimum conditions of preparation are as follows: Ca2+ concentration is 0.3 mol/L, concentration of twelve potassium alkyl phosphate is 5.0 g/L, concentration of nonylphenol polyethylene vinyl is 2.5 g/L, and concentration of H2SO4 is 0.28 mol/L. Gypsum whisker obtained is of 20-200 μm in length with length-diameter ratio of 30-100.
