摘要
目的:调查我院无指征剖宫产率增高的原因。方法:自行设计问卷调查表,对我院2011年7～10月实施剖宫产的246例产妇进行调查分析。结果:246例剖宫产产妇中无绝对手术指征的221例,占89.84%,主要原因是孕妇缺乏分娩相关知识,害怕自然分娩的阵痛,选择吉日、珍贵儿,还有医师过度宣传剖宫产较阴道分娩安全及医师未严格掌握剖宫产指征。结论:应加强孕产期健康宣教和产时监护,减轻产妇分娩时的阵痛,提高产科质量,严格掌握手术指征,控制不必要的剖宫产。
Objective ：To investigate the causes of no indications of increasing cesarean section rate. Methods ：246 maternal with caesarean were investigated and analyzed by self - designed questionnaire from July - October 2011. Results：246 cases of cesarean section without absolute operation indications in 221 cases, accounting for 89.84%, the main reasons included the lack of knowledge of pregnant women associated with childbirth, afraid of natural childbirth, choose a white day,precious,and physician excessive publicity cesarean section was the safety of vaginal delivery and physicians did not control the indica- tions for cesarean section. Conclusion：Medical staff should strengthen maternal health education and intrapartum care, reduce maternal childbirth pains, im- prove the quality of obstetric, strict operation indications, control unnecessary cesarean section.
