止液精密过滤输液器在临床输液中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨止液精密过滤输液器与普通一次性精密过滤输液器在临床输液中的应用效果。方法:将我科2011年8~10月需进行静脉输液的200例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各100例。试验组使用止液精密过滤输液输液器输液,对照组使用普通一次性精密过滤器输液。观察两组在输液过程中的通畅程度、静脉回血、皮肤红肿及是否出现静脉炎等情况。结果:试验组患者在临床需要的各种情况下均输液通畅,止液装置有效,无1例出现穿刺皮肤红肿、空气进入输液管等现象;对照组有2例患者在更换输液瓶时空气进入输液管内,输液结束后有1例患者发生静脉回血,1例发生静脉炎。结论:止液精密过滤输液器是一种较传统的一次性精密过滤输液器性能更安全可靠、功能更全面先进的输液器。 Objective:To discuss the application effect of the stop liquid precise filtering transfusion apparatus with a common disposable precise filtering transfusion apparatus in clinical infusion application effect. Metheds:Fron Aygust to October inaon on the need for intravanous infusion in 200 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The experimental group used liquid check of precise filtering i^ffu- sion intravenous drip,the control group used conventional disposable precision transfusion filter. Observation of the two groups in the process of transfusion, the patency of the venous return of blood, skin irritation and whether the appearance of phlebitis cases. Results : The experimental group patients in the clini- cal needs of the various cases are smooth transfusion, liquid check device effectively, none of the one patient appear to puncture the skin redness, air enters the transfusion tube. The control group with two eases in the transfusion bottle was replaced air enters the transfusion tube,after infusion of one patient the occurrence of venous blood return, one case of phlebitis. Conclusion : Stop liquid precise filtering transfusion apparatus is a more traditional disposable precise filtering infusion device is safer and more reliable performance, function more comprehensive advanced transfusion device.
