摘要
目的:提高护生执业能力,融合学校教育与护理事业发展,加强儿科护理学课程建设内涵。方法:选择我校护理专业2007~2008级护生为试验组,通过整合教学内容、改革教学方法和考核方法,进行儿科护理学教学改革,并与改革前的2005~2006级护生为对照组进行比较。结果:期末考试成绩试验组优于对照组,教师评价认为非常有必要进行课程之间教学内容的整合,95.82%的护生认为开设临床思维训练课有必要,实习单位评价毕业生整体表现优于往届护生。结论:从期末考试成绩、教师评价、护生评价和实习单位评价都反应出此次课程教学改革是成功的、有效的。
Objective:To improve nursing students' professional skills ,intergrate the nursing education and nursing development and to enhance the the construction of pediatric nursing corse. Methods:Implement the pediatrci nursing teaching reform in nursing students of 2007 grade and 2008 grade in our school by intergating of the teaching contends ,reforming of the teaching method and testing method. Results :The final test score of experimental group is better than control group. It~ neces- sary to integrate the teaching contents in teachers' evaluation,the intergrative manifestaion is better than before according to the evaluation of practical hospitals' e- valuation. Conclusion: The reform of teaching method is successful and effective according the result of final test score, the teachers',students' and practical hospi- tals' evaluation.
