摘要
目的 探讨断指再植术后高压氧 ( HBO)治疗的效果。方法 回顾性分析情况相近的 2 17只再植手指的治疗效果 ,分为四组。 A、B组为再植术后≤ 5 d出现微循环障碍。 C、D组为再植术后 >5 d出现微循环障碍。 A、C组仅予常规治疗 ,B、D组予常规治疗加用 HBO治疗。常规治疗 :主要为防凝、扩张血管 ;HBO治疗压力 0 .2 5 MPa( 2 .5 ATA) ,吸氧 30 min 2次 ,间歇吸空气 10 min;开始 2～ 3次 /d,3 d后为 1次 /d,10次为 1个疗程。结果 A、B、C、D组有效率分别为 46 .30 %、5 7.14%、5 5 .5 6 %、80 .77%。A、B、C三组间有效率差异无显著性 ,而 D组有效率高于其他 3组。结论 HBO对断指再植 >5
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy on postreplantation of severed fingers.Methods Review analysis of the therapeutic effect of 217 replanted fingers.They were all with similar patient condition and were divided into 4 groups(A,B,C,D).Abnormal microcirculation appeared in the A and B groups within 5 days after the replantation surgery,while in the C and D groups the abnormal microcirculation appeared after 5 days of the operation.The A and C groups were treated with routine therapy only,while routine therapy plus HBO were used in the B and D groups.The rouine therapy mainly included using of anticoagulants and vessel dilators.The HBO therapy were 0.25 MPa(2.5 ATA),30 min×2(10 min air break) in one treatment,and it was given 2 or 3 times daily for 3 days.After that,it was given once daily and 10 times as one course of HBO treatment.Results The therapeutic effective rates of groups A,B,C and D were 46.30%,57.14%,55.56%and 80.77% respectively.The effective rates among groups A,B and C were not significantly different statistically;while the effective rate of group D was higher than the other 3 groups.[WT5”,6HZ]Conclusions [WT5”,6BZ]The HBO is effective in treating the abnormal microcirculation appeared after 5 days of replantation of finger.
