摘要 目的探讨COPD患者评估测试与血清25羟维生素D(25-OHD)及C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度的关系。方法 103例COPD患者根据CAT评分分为轻微、中等、严重、非常严重影响4组,测定25-OHD和CRP浓度。对经治疗后CAT评分改善1级以上的65例患者再次检测,分析变化率及与CAT改善的关系。结果各组COPD患者25-OHD值分别为21.53±6.34、13.64±2.42、11.06±4.13和9.12±3.60,严重组与非常严重组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各组之间差异有统计学意义(F=38.19,P<0.05);CRP值组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后CAT改善的患者25-OHD水平升高,而CRP水平降低。结论 25-OHD及CRP浓度与COPD患者CAT评价有相关性,有望作为临床判断疗效的指标。 Objective To explore the relationship of the COPD assessment test in patients with COPD to the serum 25 - OHD and CRP level. Methods 103 patients with COPD were divided into 4 groups according to CAT, and the levels of 25-OHD and CRP were detected. After treatment, the levels of 25-OHD and CRP in 65 patients with improved CAT score were detected again and analyzed. Results The 25-OHD value of the four groups were respectively 21. 53 +6.34, 13.64~2.42, 11.06~4.13 and9.12~3.60. The difference between the third group and the fouth group had no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ), and the rest groups showed statistical significance ( F = 38. 19, P 〉 0.05). After treatment, the level of 25-OHD rose up and CRP decreased. Conclusion The level of 25- OHD and CRP do have the relationship with CAT and could be an important index for clinical efficacy.
