摘要
研究了Al^(3+)对金橙G(OG)共振光散射光谱的影响,发现Al^(3+)对OG的共振散射光谱有增强效应,且在一定条件下,其增强值(△I)与加入Al^(3+)的质量浓度呈现良好的线性关系,据此建立了一种定量测定Al^(3+)的新方法。该方法线性范围为0.033~0.90μg·mL^(-1),检出限为0.0167μg·mL^(-1)。该方法简便、快速,用于茶叶中痕量Al^(3+)的测定,结果满意。
Study on the influence of Al^3+ to resonance light scattering(RLS) spectrum of orange G(OG) ,and found Al^3+ could enhance the RLS of OG, and in certain conditions, the enhanced intensity of RLS(△I) is proportional to the concentration of Al^3+(pAl^3+ ). So a method of RLS for the determination of Al^3+ is established. The linear range for the determination of Al^3+ is 0.033-0.90μg·mL^-1 , the detection limit is 0. 0167 μg·mL^-1. This method is simple, rapid and has been applied to the determination of trace Al^3+ in running water with satisfactory results.
