摘要
激光干扰是目前对抗光电探测器的重要手段之一。从激光对光电探测器的干扰机理出发,研究了激光远场光斑大小,探测器表面激光覆盖面积,改进了扫描型星载光电探测器激光入瞳模型。为辐照到探测器光敏面的激光功率密度建立了模型,并以1.06μm激光辐照HgCdTe红外探测器为例,通过仿真计算,证明了星载低功率激光器对星载光电探测器干扰的可行性。
Laser jamming is the most important way of photoelectric detector countermeasure.Based on the laser jamming photoelectric detector principle,far-field laser spot size and laser coverage on detector surface were studied,and the laser entrance pupil model of scanning satellite-borne photoelectric detector was improved.A model of laser power density irradiated on the photoconductive surface was established.Taking 1.06 μm laser irradiating HgCdTe infrared detector as an example,the simulation computation proves that it is feasible for the satellite-borne low-power laser to jam the satellite-borne photoelectric detector.
