单胺类神经递质在气温骤降诱发高血压大鼠脑出血过程中的变化

摘要 目的研究气温骤降导致高血压大鼠发生脑出血过程中单胺类神经递质的变化。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分成模型组、假手术组和生理组。模型组大鼠制备成易卒中型肾血管性高血压(RHRSP)模型,其他大鼠采取相应的干预措施。各组大鼠放置于人工模拟的气温骤降环境中诱发脑卒中,检测气温骤降过程中大鼠单胺类神经递质肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)的变化。结果降温中,生理组大鼠血中E、NE水平较降温前显著降低,DA水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);而降温后,E、NE和DA水平则均较降温中显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。模型组大鼠在降温前,E、NE和DA水平均明显高于同时间点生理组和假手术组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);降温过程中,E、NE和DA水平均降低,以E和DA表现最明显(P均<0.05);降温后模型组大鼠血中E、NE和DA水平均较降温中升高,其中以E和DA变化明显,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论气温骤降对高血压状态下的机体单胺类神经递质的影响增大,其中E和DA的异常变化可能参与了气温骤降促发高血压脑出血的发病过程。 Abstract: Objective To study the changes of monoamine neurotransmitters during cerebral hemorrhage induced by sudden temperature drop in hypertensive rats. Methods Male SD rats were randomized into model group, sham group and normal group; the rats in the model group was duplicated to be stroke-prone renovas-cular hypertensive rats(RHRSP) , and the other rats were dealt with accnrdingly. All rats suffered man-made sudden temperature drop to induce cerebral hemor-rhage. The changes of such monoamine neumtransmitters as E, NE and DA were detected before and after the temperature drop. Results When temperature was dropping, the levels of E and NE in normal group were significantly lowered ( all P 〈 0.05 ), and the level of DA were significantly elevated ( all P 〈 0.05 ). After temperature dropped, the levels of E, NE and DA in the normal groups were increased significantly( all P 〈0.05 ). Before temperature dropped, the levels of E, NE and DA were higher in the model group than in the normal and sham groups ( all P 〈 O. 05 ) ; when temperature was dropping, the levels of E, NE and DA were decreasing in the model group, especially the E and DA( all P 〈 0.05 ) ; after temperature dropped, the levels of E, NE and DA in the model groups were in- creased, especially the E and DA ( all P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Sudden temperature drop has great influence on monoamine neurotransmitters in the hypertensive rs E and DA may take part in the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage
