摘要
21世纪是充满竞争的世纪,当代各种形式的竞争归根结底都是人力资源的竞争。目前,高校图书馆人力资源的现状不容乐观,在体制机制、人力资源配置、专业结构等诸多方面存在问题,必须加以改进,图书馆事业才能得到快速、长久的发展。
The 21 century is the era full of competition. In the contemporary era, various forms of competition in the final analysis are the competition of human resources. At present, the current situation of human resource in the university libraries is not optimistic. Institutional mechanisms, human resource allocation, professional structure and many other problems, must be improved. Only in that way, can library get fast and long - term development.
