隧道连续式洗车机实现快速化清洗的优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 与其他类型的全自动洗车机相比,隧道连续式洗车机最显著的特点就是快速、安全、高效率;其实现快速化的设计,是整套设备技术水平的核心,直接关系到洗车设备最终的清洗效率、效果及安全性。分析比较了隧道连续式洗车机满足快速化清洗的条件,以及顶刷及环绕侧刷系统的结构原理和控制方法。通过结构的优化和气动控制的应用,实现了快速清洗的要求,大幅提升了控制系统运行的可靠性和安全性。 Compared with other types of fully automatic car wash, the tunnel car wash is charaeteristic of fast speed, safety and high efficiency. Its speed design is the core of the technical level, which is directly related to cleaning efficiency, result and safety of the car wash. This article analyses and compares the conditions of its rapid was.hing, as well as the structure and control principle of top brush and wrap around system. With the structure optimization and pneumatic control applications, it meets with the rapid clean re- quirements and the reliability and security of the control system operation is improved greatly.
