摘要
目的探讨喉镜经左口角置入在困难气管插管中的应用。方法回顾分析2009年11月～2012年2月静脉快速诱导麻醉后,用喉镜经左口角置入困难气管插管68例患者的临床资料。结果 68例患者中,39例一次性气管插管成功,29例在他人帮助下按压喉结协助气管插管成功,无一例气管插管失败。结论使用静脉快速诱导麻醉后困难气管插管患者,经左口角置入喉镜有利于声门的暴露,提高插管成功率。
Objective To discuss the application of laryngoscope placed via the left angle of mouth to difficult tracheal intubation.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was made among 68 patients who received the difficult tracheal intubation by laryngoscope via the left angle of mouth after the rapid vein induced anesthesia from November 2009 to February 2012.Results Among the 68 patients,39 cases received successful tracheal intubation at one time,and 29 ones received the successful intubation by others＇ help to press the Adam＇s apple.No case of tracheal intubation failed.Conclusion For the patients with the difficult tracheal intubation after the rapid vein induced anesthesia,the placement of laryngoscope via the left angle of mouth can help to reveal glottis and raise the successful rate of intubation.
