摘要
对于西安临时大学南迁及国立西北联合大学组建后,从母体中分离出国立5院校,且独立设置,在当时及现在人们有不同的看法与认识。本文认为西北联大的组建及分置国立五校是国民政府改善与发展中国高等教育的战略举措。
After the outbreak of the Anti - Japanese War, the national government had planned and implemented northwest-building strategies, among which was the formation of the National Northwest Associated University as measure of higher education. Both the formation of the National Northwest Associated University and the other five National Universities were very important strategic movement for improving and developing China＇s higher educa-tion, with a great impact on northwest areas and even on the whole Chinese education.
