摘要
离体细胞生测作为一种新兴的农药生物活性的筛选方法,具有准确、快速、高效和灵敏等优点,弥补了传统活体生测的不足,给农药生物活性筛选提供了新的思路和方法。分别以斜纹夜蛾细胞和三龄幼虫作为离体和活体生测的供试生物,采用浸叶法和MTT法对3种农药组合进行毒杀活性试验,并对MTT法在不同作用机理农药联合作用评价的应用进行探讨。
An insect cell bioassay of pesticide substantially reduce the time, material, experiment error and improve the sensitivity by MTT method. This method provides new idea and method in compare to the conventional vivo assay. It was used to study the toxicity of three synergic combination on cotton leafworm (Spodoptera litura) cell and the 3nl instar larvae by the MTT method and leaf dipping method respectively. The exploration of assay validated the effects of MTT method on those combination with different mechanism.
