不同引发处理对朝天椒种子活力的影响 被引量:6

Effects of different priming treatments on the germination and physiological characteristics of Capsicum frutescens seeds

摘要 以日本朝天椒(Capsicum frutescens var.)为材料,采用不同含量的聚乙二醇(PEG)、NaCl和不同时间进行浸种处理,探讨不同引发处理对朝天椒种子活力相关生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:适当增加PEG、NaCl含量和延长引发时间,可以提高朝天椒种子的各项活力指标,20%PEG和0.1 g.L-1NaCl处理可以显著提高朝天椒种子的发芽势和发芽率,与对照组相比,分别提高21.99%、29.50%和12.9%、16%;PEG处理可以显著降低种子浸出液的相对电导率及种子中丙二醛(MDA)含量,且与PEG含量呈正相关;NaCl处理后的朝天椒种子MDA含量均低于对照组,0.1 g.L-1NaCl处理可使相对电导率和MDA含量达到最低,脱氢酶活性最高.朝天椒种子的发芽率、发芽势、种子指数与脱氢酶活性之间呈显著正相关,与相对电导率及MDA含量呈显著负相关.因此,采用适宜含量的PEG和NaCl处理朝天椒种子,可显著提高其活力. The Japanese pepper(Capsicum frutescens var.) was used as material to study effects of the different contents of polyethylene glycol(PEG) and NaCl pre-soaking with different time on seed germination and physiological characteristics.Results showed that PEG and NaCl increased all seeds vigor with priming treatment concentration and time,20% PEG and 0.1 g·L-1 NaCl had a significant promotion to germination energy and percentage,comparing with control,increased by 21.99%,29.50%,and 12.9%,16% respectively.The different contents of PEG treatment could significantly reduce relative electrical conductivity and MDA content in seeds,which correlated positively with PEG content.MDA content in seed treated with NaCl was lower than control,the relative electrical conductivity,MDA content were the lowest and the dehydrogenase activity was the highest in 0.1 g·L-1 NaCl treatment.There was a significantly positive correlation of the germination percentage,germination energy,germination index to the dehydrogenase activity,and a significant negative correlation of them to the relative electrical conductivity and MDA content.Therefore,the suitable content of PEG and NaCl could significantly improve the viability of the pepper seeds.
