摘要
对老年人CRF患者47例进行病因学分析。常见病因是肾硬化症(18/47,38.2％),慢性肾盂肾炎(9/47,19.1％),慢性肾小球肾炎(8/47,17％)、糖尿病肾病(5/47,10.6％)。其中13例(27.7％)误诊和漏诊,提示老年人CRF患者常并存多种脏器疾病,临床表现复杂多样。临床上应注意识别。
The etiology of 47 aged patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) was analysed. The major causes of CRF included: nephrosclerosis (18/47, 38.2%), chronic pyelonephritis (9/47, 19.1%), chronic glomerulonephritis (8/47, 17%) and diabetis mellitus nephrosis (5/47, 10.6%). The misdiagnosis in 13 patients (27, 7%) indicats that concommitant multi-organ disease may make the manefestation of CRF complicated.
