摘要
针对工程承包单位以压低报价来中标 ,效益低下 ,影响自身的生存和发展 ,提出在施工过程中降低土建工程成本的几点看法。
Aiming at the phenomenon that some engineering contractors won the bid by driving down the quote prices,which had depressed their benefit and had affected their existence and development,the author gave some opinions on how to reduce the civil engineering cost during the constructions
