摘要
社区矫正需要有一个结构良好、功能健全的社区,作为其顺利开展的矫正主体和矫正平台,然而中国农村社区建设才刚刚起步,难以有效承担社区矫正的重任。因此,必须按照社区矫正所具有的特定价值目标追求,进一步加强农村社区建设。在社区矫正框架下进行的农村社区建设应当具有社区包容性、社区危险控制性、社区生活保障性、社区教化性、社区群众自治性的特点,同时具备这5个特点的农村社区才是真正符合农村社区矫正发展要求的农村社区图景。
Community correction needs a community with good structure and sound function as the main body and the platform of the community correction, however in China the rural community construction has just started, so it can not effectively undertake the important task of community correction. Therefore, people must strengthen rural community construction in accordance with the special value of community correction. The rural community construction in the framework of community correction should have the characteristics of community containing, community risk control, community life security, community education, community autonomy, the rural community with the five characteristics really satisfy the requirements of the development of the rural community correction.
