摘要
目的评估泪道探通术治疗儿童先天性泪囊炎的效果。方法取839例（998只眼）确诊为先天性泪囊炎的儿童进行泪道探通术。结果832例（989只眼）治愈，治愈率99．10％，发生皮下水肿2只眼、出血3只眼，无其他任何严重并发症发生。结论泪道探通术的疗效与泪道阻塞的性质有密切的关系。先天性泪囊炎绝大多数可通过泪道探通术而治愈。泪道探通术治疗儿童先天性泪囊炎简单、安全、效果好。
Objective To evaluate the effect of lacrimal duct probing in the treatment of congen- ital dacryocystits. Methods A retrospective study of 839 patients with congenital dacryocystitis who underwent lacrimal duct probing was reviewed. Results Of 832 cases （998 eyes） were cured by lac- rimal duct probing. The cure rate was 99.10%. Two eyes suffered from subcutaneous edema and 3 eyes had hemorrhage, but there was not any severe complication. Conclusions The effects of lacri- mal duct probing are related to the causes of obstruction of lacrimal duct. Lacrimal duct probing is an effective and simple method for treatment of congenital dacryocystitis with no severe complication.
