Analysis of inner flow on multistage pump and its performance prediction

摘要 基于三维雷诺时均N-S方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,采取压力-速度隐式修正SIMPLEC算法,应用FLUENT软件中提供的多重参考系(MRF)模型,对多级泵内部湍流流场进行数值模拟,分析流场的分布规律,并预测不同工况下的外特性。结果表明:多级泵内部流场表现为非对称性;在首级叶轮进口叶片背面稍后处压力最低,易发生汽蚀;叶轮与导叶衔接区域易发生逆流现象且存在局部低压区;导叶能够很好地降低流体速度并消除流体旋转分量;预测的性能曲线与实际性能曲线较为吻合。 Based on the three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged N-S equations and the standard k-ε turbulence model,the inner turbulent flow of a multistage pump was simulated,the distribution law of inner flow in the multistage pump was analyzed and the external performance of the multistage pump was predicted by using the SIMPLEC algorithm and multiple reference frame(MRF) model.Results indicated that the inner flow in the multistage pump was asymmetrical,and the lowest pressure area,where cavitation was easy to occur,was in the inlet of the first impeller blade back.There were back flow and local low-pressure area between the impeller and the guide vane.The guide vane could reduce fluid velocity and eliminate fluid rotating component.The performance prediction curves were in agreement with the actual ones.
