摘要
以丽水学院187名班主任和10个班级560名学生为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实地考察法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对班主任工作状况进行研究分析,并提出相应对策。
With 187 class advisors and 560 undergraduates of Lishui University as the subjects, the research analyzes the status quo of class advisors' work in local universities through literature review, on-the-spot investigations, questionnaires, statistic analysis and so on. A set of corresponding countermeasures are proposed based on the researchh result.
