摘要
近年来,在教育大众化的潮流下,高职生的就业压力越来越大,就业过程中出现诸如待遇不高、劳动强度大等问题.究其原因有高职院校人才培养目标、高职生自身素质、人才市场的容量不足等问题.基于上述原因的思考及对高职毕业生就业情况的调查,提出了拓展高职生就业途径的建议:学校层面要深化教育教学改革,建立毕业生就业工作长效机制;学生层面要提高自身综合素质,不断转变就业观念;社会层面要强化政府宏观调控,为高职生就业提供良好的政策环境.
In recent years, employment pressure of higher vocational students is becoming grea- ter and greater because of education popularization. Problems such as poor treatment and heavy labor intensity exist. The cause has various aspects such as talent training goal of higher voca- tional colleges, quality of higher vocational students and capacity deficiency of talent market. Based on the above causes and investigations on employment situation of higher vocational gradu- ates, this paper puts forward suggestions on widening employment ways of higher vocational students that the colleges should deepen education as well as teaching reform and establish long- term mechanism for employment of graduates, students should improve their comprehensive qualities and transform their employment concept, and the government should enhance macro- control and afford good policy environment for employment of higher vocational students.
