摘要
杨家溪1号特大桥在左右幅桥中间架设一座临时便桥,采用钢结构,便桥按主桥墩位布置为16跨,桥长285m,采用下承式双排单层贝雷桁架结构,上部为贝雷装配式钢桥,下部为桩柱式桥墩,桥台采用重力式.为了满足杨家溪1号特大桥桩基及下部结构施工,在桥墩处采用架设桩基钻机平台及吊机平台联结便桥.便桥设计时对便桥和平台进行布置和受力分析,并根据施工实际对便桥进行了成本分析.
A temporary bridge is built between left and right bridge of Yangjiaxi Nol. super large bridge. The temporary bridge is 285 long, adopts steel structure, has 16 spans according to pier position of main bridge and adopts through double row and monolayer bailey truss structure. The upper part of temporary bridge is bailey fabricated steel bridge, the lower part is column piers and the abutment is gravitational. In order to meet the needs of pile foundation and lower struc- ture construction of Yangjiaxi No. 1 super large bridge, drilling platform and crane platform are erected at the bridge pier to connect the temporary bridge. We carried out structural arrangement and force analysis for temporary bridge and platform at bridge design and make cost analysis ac- cording to construction practice.
