摘要
以 ISO相关的标准为依据 ,经过深入的理论研究和精度分析设计了一套高精度光束质量测量系统 .介绍了光束质量测量系统的理论基础、硬件的整体结构和软件的重要组成模块 ,并通过测量实验加以验证 .研究表明 ,精确的 CCD光束参数测量必须由一套科学级 CCD系统和完备的软件计算算法组成 .
A precision beam characterization CCD measurement system has been designed fulfilling the ISO standards and guided by beam characterization theory. Based on theories of laser beam quality measurement the general hardware architecture and key software modules of the measurement system are introduced. Through verification of experimental results, it is seen imperative that a precision beam characterization system must rest upon a quality CCD system with the provision of appropriate data processing software algorithms.
