摘要
燃烧合成技术是一种制备先进陶瓷、金属间化合物、复合材料及梯度功能材料的重要方法,淬熄法在揭示燃烧合成反应机制方面发挥了重要的作用。本文从淬熄原理、实验装置与应用实例三个方面详细介绍了楔形槽铜坩埚淬熄法、钢模具淬熄法、液体淬熄法、"气窒"淬熄法、条状试样淬熄法等燃烧波淬熄法的最新进展,分析了不同淬熄方法的优缺点,并提出了改进措施。在此基础上,展望了燃烧波淬熄法的发展方向及研究重点。
Combustion synthesis is an important method to prepare advanced ceramics, inter- mctallics, composites and functionally gradient materials. Quenching method has contributed greatly to reveal the mechanism of combustion synthesis reactions. In order to investigate the process of combustion front quenching methods of combustion synthesis, many quenching methods, including wedge groove-copper crucible quenching, steel die quenching, liquid quenching, "suffocated" quenching and strip sample, were introduced. The quenching theory, experimental equipment and examples were discussed. Then the development and re- search direction of combustion wave quenching method were prospected.
