摘要
蜡染废水具有水量大、有机物浓度高、水质变化大等特点。通过提高蜡回收,采用絮凝沉淀-水解酸化-接触氧化组合工艺处理蜡染废水,效果显著,出水水质达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)三级标准。污泥处理采用压滤-烘干组合工艺,污泥得到有效处置和利用。
The wastewater fi:om wax printing was large volume, high organic content, and complicated compositions. By increasing the wax recovery, the operation of floagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation treatment was used, it showed that the process was steady and reliable. The result showed that the effluent water quality can meet the third class criteria specified in the integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978-1996). The sludge had been treated using the press filter-bake process, the sludge was efficient treated and utilized.
