摘要
目的研究单胺氧化酶A(monoamine oxidaseA,MAOA)基因单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)与怒的调节关系。方法以某学院健康大学生为研究对象,根据状态-特质愤怒表达量表2(State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-Ⅱ,STAXI-2)特质怒得分筛选受试者,其中高特质怒者225名,低特质怒者221名,经采血后,采用酚-氯仿法提取DNA,聚合酶链反应-连接酶检测反应(PCR-LDR)法对MAOA基因上的4个tagSNP位点(rs5906957、rs2235186、rs1181275和rs5905613)进行基因分型,对高、低特质怒不同性别组MAOA基因4个tagSNP位点不同基因型受试者怒的表达量表得分和怒的控制量表得分进行统计分析。结果低特质怒女性MAOA基因rs2235186位点不同基因型组控制发怒得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037),其余3个tagSNP位点的不同基因型受试者在怒的表达及控制得分上比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MAOA基因tagSNPrs2235186多态性与我国健康大学生低特质怒女性的控制发怒特质有关。
Objective To study the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of mono- amine oxidase A gene (MAOA) and anger regulation. Methods Enrolled were healthy students from some col- lege, including 225 of the high trait anger and 221 of the low trait anger. Subjects were recruited referring to the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory 2 (STAXI-2) and their blood sampled. The DNA was extracted using phe- nol-chloroform method, 4 tag SNPs of MAOA (rs5906957, rs2235186, rs1181275, and rs,5905613) were genotyped by PCR-based ligase detection reaction (PCR-LDR). The scores for trait anger expression inventory and the scores for trait anger expression control at the 4 tag SNPs of MAOA in the different sexes groups of the high and the low trait anger were statistical analyzed. Results There was statistical difference in anger control score of locus rs2235186 of MAOA gene group ( P--0. 037). There was no significant difference in anger expression or anger con- trol score of different genotypes of the other three tag SNPs ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion MAOA gene tag SNP rs2235186 was correlated with anger control traits of healthy female college students of the low trait anger in China.
