摘要
针对目前挤压丝锥设计效率低下和严重依赖人员经验等问题,将基于实例推理技术应用于挤压丝锥的计算机辅助设计中。分析并建立了挤压丝锥结构模型和丝锥设计影响因素模型。对实例检索技术进行了研究,讨论了实例相似度计算方法和实例修改方法,给出了实例检索流程。最后通过实际应用验证了所提出的方法的有效性。
In order to solve the difficult issues in design, purer aided design of extrusion tap, establishes a model it applies the case - based reasoning technology to corn- based on the analysis of tap structure and another model based on the analysis of influence factor. It discusses the similarity computing method and the case modification method, provides the flow path of case retrieval. The practical application shows the design results with the pro- posed method are effective.
