摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济法的发展是迅速的,但是,经济法基本理论的研究还相当薄弱。就涉及经济法地位的几个问题进行深入研究,对于经济法学理论界的一些流行观点提出磋商,并提出作者的思考意见。
Since the Chinese economic reform,the development of economic law in China has been rapid.However the study of the basic theory of economic law is still quite weak.In this paper,several issues concerning the status of economic law are investigated in-depth,some popular views among economic law theorists are discussed,and the author＇s thoughts are put forward.
