摘要
全球新一轮产业转移促进服务外包迅速发展,如何抓住这个机会使服务外包产业带动经济增长和推动产业升级成为黑龙江省必须面对的重要的问题。文章深入分析黑龙江省发展服务外包产业的优势及所面临的问题,确定了其未来发展的战略定位。从宏观、中观、微观三个层面出发,提出了黑龙江省服务外包产业的发展模式并提供了实施途径,为黑龙江省顺利将服务外包产业打造为支柱产业提供参考。
A new round of global industrial shift promotes the development service outsourcing quickly. How to seize this opportunity to make service outsourcing industry drive economic growth and promote industrial upgrading has become an important problem which Heilongjiang province has to face. This paper analyzed the advantages and the problems of the development of the service outsourcing industry in Heilongjiang province, and determined the strategic positioning of its future development. The paper put forward development patterns from macro - view, medium - view and micro - view, and provided the implementation approaches to develop service outsourcing industry as Heilongjiang province＇ s pillar in- dustries successfully.
