摘要
针对高校网络工程相关专业毕业生就业与企业需求之间的矛盾,对新型网络人才的实践教学进行了探索。结合新型网络人才需求特点和网络工程专业两个培养方向,提出了技术应用型和程序开发型网络人才的实践教学内容。依据学院实际,从实践教学硬软件平台建设、校企联合培养、"3+1"培养模式以及主动实践理念实施等方面,探讨了面向市场的新型网络人才实践教学改革与实施方法。实践证明这些方法有助于提高网络专业学生的实践能力和就业竞争力,通过新型网络人才实践教学改革,学院毕业生一次就业率比改革前有很大的提高。
In view of the contradictions between the employment of network engineering students in universities and the demand of enterprises, practice teaching for the cultivation of market-oriented network talents was explored. Taking into consideration the characteristics of the need market-oriented network talents and the two training directions of the network engineering major, this paper put forward the experimental teaching contents of techn＇ologieal application and programming development for the cultivation of market-oriented network talents. It explored into the reform and implementation of the practice teaching methods based on the practice in the College of Computer Science and Information Engineering in Tianjin University of Science ＆ Technology, including the Construction of practice teaching software and hardware, the joint-cultivation of talents by colleges and enterprises, the execution of ＂3 ＋ 1 ＂ training mode, etc. It is proved that these methods contributed to the improvement of practice abilities and employment competitiveness of network engineering students, and the improvement of the employment rate of students.
