摘要 文章介绍了质量功能展开(QFD)是一种将顾客需求进行多层次的演绎与变换,最终实现基于需求的产品方案设计及技术设计方法;为了弥补QFD方法需求变换中的主观片面性,将层次分析法(AHP)引入QFD应用过程中,对需求进行分析并得到不同需求的重要度,进而进行优化设计,以行星齿轮减速器的多目标优化设计为例,验证了AHP-QFD设计方法的实用效果。 Quality function deployment (QFD) puts the customer demands into multi-level deduction and commutation, and finally realizes the product design and technical design based on customer de- mands. In order to make up the subjectiveness and one-sidedness of QFD method during demands commutation, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is introduced into QFD. Through the AHP analy- sis of the customer demands, the importance degree of different customer demands is obtained. Final- ly by taking the multi-objective optimization design of planetary gear reducer as an example, the prac- tical effect of QFD-AHP design method is verified.
