摘要
为综合评定长春净月经济开发区储备潜力的数量规模、空间分布,为土地储备规划提供参考,构建了土地储备潜力评价体系,基于ArcGIS空间分析功能,测算开发区土地储备潜力。结果表明:长春净月经济开发区居住用地一级潜力土地25.15 hm2,商务金融和娱乐休闲用地分别为16.80、13.52 hm2,在规划近期应建立TOD、AOD和SOD综合开发模式,加大收储力度,完善各项基础设施建设,通过挖潜城市内部储备潜力,实现土地资源的优化配置。
The paper attempts to assess the number of potential size and spatial distribution of Jingyue economic development zone in Changchun comprehensively,thus to provide a reference for the land reserve planning.An evaluation index system was constructed,and the reserve potential was calculated based on the spatial analysis of ArcGIS.As indicated by the results,the first level potential of residential land is 25.15 hectares,land-use for business and entertainment is 16.80 and 13.52 hm2.The government should establish an integrated development model of TOD,SOD and SOD in the recent planning,increase the purchasing and storage efforts,improve the infrastructure,and tap the urban inner reserve potential to achieve the optimal allocation of land resources.
