摘要
研究了不同植物生长调节剂、不同扦插基质、不同枝条部位对草珊瑚扦插生根的影响。结果表明:植物生长调节剂、扦插基质、枝条部位对草珊瑚扦插生根均有显著影响。采用2a生枝条的中部和基部为插穗,黄心土为扦插基质,200mg/L ABT生根粉1号溶液浸泡30min,生根率可达88.7%。
The effects of different growth regulator, substrate and branch sections on the rooting of Sareandra glabra （ Thunb. ） Nakai were studies. The results showed that the three factors had great effects on cutting survival of Sarcandra gla- bra （Thunb.） Nakai. The middle and base sections from 2 years old branch were selected to the cuttings. The rooting rate could reach 88.7% ,when the cuttings were treated by 200mg/L ABT - 1 for 30 rain and then cut into the yellow subsoil.
