摘要
目的探讨基础护理联合心理护理在隆鼻手术中的应用效果。方法将400例连续病例随机分为对照组和观察组,各200例。对照组采用传统的常规基础护理方法,观察组采用基础护理联合心理护理。在患者复查时采用问卷调查两组患者对手术护理工作满意度,并观察并发症发生情况。结果观察组隆鼻手术者对护理知识掌握程度、对护士满意度及并发症发生率情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规基础护理结合心理护理可提高隆鼻手术成功率,并能降低并发症的发生。
Objective To approach th e effect of basic nursin g combined with mental nursing in hump nose operation.Methods Four hundreds cases with hump nose operation were randomly divided into expermient group and control group.The control group were treate d with tra itiona l basic nursing,and the expermient group by basic nursing combined with mental nursing.When two groups paient reviewed,their satisfaction with postoperton nursing were surveyed and the comlications were observed.Results The selfprotection knowledge among nursing,patient satisfaction in nursing and complication incidence were compared.There was statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The basic nursing combined with effective mental nursing is effective protection for operation safe and successful.
