摘要
目的:研究枳实的化学成分。方法:应用溶剂萃取及柱层析进行化学成分分离、纯化,并利用各种光谱技术分析鉴定结构。结果:从枳实中得到10个化合物,分别为圣草次苷(1),新北美圣草苷(2),5,7-二羟基香豆素(3),柚皮芸香苷(4),东莨菪内酯(5),橙皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),花椒毒酚(7),枳属苷(8),异樱花苷(9),柚皮素(10)。结论:化合物(3)、(5)、(6)为该植物中首次分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Citrus aurantium L. Methods:The chemical constituents were isola ted and purified with various column chrmoatography and the structures were elucidated by chemical evidence and spectral analysis. Results : Ten compounds including eriodietin( 1), neoeriocitrin(2), 5,7-dihydroxylcoumarin ( 3), isonaringin (4), seopoletin ( 5 ), hesp- eretin-7-O-β-D-glucoside ( 6 ), xanthotoxol ( 7 ), poneirin ( 8 ), isosakuranin ( 9 ), naringenin ( 10 ). Conclusion : ( 3 ), ( 5 ), ( 6 ) are isolated from the plant for the first time.
