摘要
针对金属缺陷中最常见的金属裂纹问题,以厚度均匀的铁磁性材料为主,设计了一种脉冲涡流铁磁性材料缺陷检测系统。该系统分为软件和硬件两部分,硬件部分主要用于信号的发生和采集,软件部分用于完成信号的分析和处理。通过对时域特征值分析,得出铁磁性材料裂纹缺陷的深度与对应的差分信号的峰值特征值呈有规律的一次线性关系,实现了铁磁性材料裂纹缺陷深度的尺寸量化。
Aiming at metal crack problem in common metal flaws,a kind of pulsed eddy current detection system for the ferromagnetic material with homogeneous thickness is designed.The system is divided into two parts: the software and hardware,the hardware part is used for generation and acquisition of signal,the software part is used for analysis and processing of signal.Through analysis on eigenvalues of the time-domain,it shows that regular linear relationship can be obtained between the eigenvalue of differential signal and the metal crack flaw depth.Size quantization of crack flaw depth of the ferromagnetic material.
